  • Tax and Shipping are not included in the listed price.
  • Sales tax will be added where applicable.
  • Items are sent either US Postal Service or UPS Ground, depending on size, shape, and weight.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Pay Pal, Checks, and Money Orders.
  • Shipping will be delayed until Personal Checks have been cleared.
  • Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping For Larger Items: 
We can ship to most of the Continental United States either via USPS, UPS, or we have a shipper for larger items which will be delivered to your door. We do keep the shipping for the larger Items as reasonable as possible! So if you are on the other side of the country, please don't feel that any item is too big! We can get it to you!

If you wish to return an item, let us know within three days of its receipt and before you ship. All items must be insured and returned in their original condition. Purchase price will be refunded once item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buy with confidence. All items are guaranteed as described. If an item is damaged in shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

No Professional Courtesy Dealer Discount will be provided unless a State of Maine Resale Certificate is presented or a Multi-jurisdiction Uniform Sales & Use Certificate is completed. 

It is not the responsibility of Gurley Antiques Gallery to hold or store purchased items. Shipping should be arranged within 30 days of purchase. Starting with the day of purchase, a $50 per week Storage fee will be charged. Items left for more than 6 months will become the property of Gurley Antiques Gallery and considered as Abandoned Goods.
